Dal\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jerky. To se jak v na\u0161ich obchodech, tak i na j\u00eddeln\u00edch l\u00edstc\u00edch objevuje st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji. Jedn\u00e1 se o maso nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky a su\u0161en\u00e9, obvykle na Slunci, ale je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt i su\u0161i\u010dku masa.  Aby dlouho vydr\u017eelo, p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 se obvykle s\u016fl.
